Our new Mercedes-Benz In-Car Feedback App allows you to submit feedback on your experience through your car, which helps us optimize vehicle features and digital products for you. Please note that you may or may not receive a reply.
Feedback for each vehicle feature goes directly to the corresponding department, helping improve features more efficiently and benefiting drivers more quickly.
We aim to capture feedback from as many aspects as possible, such as navigation, climate control, parking, phone, voice assistant, and entertainment.
Decide if you want the feedback to be anonymous, receive responses to your feedback, be prompted to provide feedback, or have your data be deleted anytime. Your data, your control.
For eligible hybrid or electric vehicles, once you opt in, you will be asked about your charging experience via a popup in the MBUX infotainment system after a charging cycle. You can turn this feature on or off in the settings section of the In-Car Feedback App.
In the Mercedes-Benz app on your phone, enroll in the Mercedes-Benz Beta Program and enable this Beta. As soon as the Terms & Conditions are accepted, the Feedback App will be downloaded to the MBUX infotainment system in your car and ready for use.
